I think about that too, because they kinda ignore him, but when he says something mean to the mother she's like aren't you cranky or something like that, but I don't know. Maybe not, because the parents or mother would know he's a genius

I think it's up for debate I've seen all the epsisodes a few times and get the seasons mixed up (probably because the shows look so similar and the animation style doesn't change, like it did with "The Simpsons" and the stories are sooo random) but I do remember Lois having a nightmare and commenting on the awful things Stewie said, which she thought nothing of before. She and others also comment on things every so often. Now Brain, who the family can definately here, often has converstations with Stewie so he definately can hear him!

I wouldn't go that far..."The Simpsons" has grown a little stale this year (just a little) but overall, still the best show ever! "Family Guy" is laughs but nothing else. "The Simpsons" is really a total show.

Stewie cannot be understood, they only hear baby talk.

Me and my friend were just talking about this yesterday, about how they wanted Stewie to sometimes have gay tendencies, but at other times not to.

Like in the "cookie" episode where he falls in love with this girl and all she wanted was his chocolate chip cookie. But the opposite would be the episode when the girl likes him but he keeps ignoring her and seems to not be interested and feels awkward.
