and this one, not so much a BAD habit, just kinda stupid...

in my pantry, i have EVERY SINGLE can (no matter what it is) organized by class - thats, veg, soups, fruits, you get the point.. arranged by catagory, then by color and THEN the kicker is, have you seen that movie 'sleeping with the enemy' ? they ALL have to be facing the front, and neatly stacked i laughed outloud during that scene in the movie.. it was just to much something i would do

I am a neat freak, especially in my apartment.

Well, I dont smoke anymore, I dont do drugs anymore, I am trying to cut down on my fried foods and eat healthier, I am being more honest..... God, my life is boring now.....

talking about towels... mine are ALL folded exactly the same, organized by color, put away with the flappy part to the back, washcloths are folded just so and done by color as well dont even get me STARTED on sheets oh, and my closet.. color coded as well


oh, and carpet lines... LOVE THEM.. my house is just not 'clean' until i can see the carpet lines on the floor. in fact, before i will rent an apartment, thats one of the things i check, i check to see that the carpet will make marks if after vaccuming.... thats TRUELY disturbing !!

im thinking i may have to find something OUTSIDE the house to do maybe i can color code some flowers or something

one other note, i prefer folks NOT to walk on the carpets after im done with them, thats just how SICK it is

and, i forgot, what about your cubboards ??? glasses and coffee cups all done in order as well ??? mine are, and they go by 'event' in there, you know, water/tea, soda, coffee, margarita .... you get the point

Blinds on the windoww have to be even in length.. nothing hanging to the sides or dishelved... Windows and blinds even and paralell with each other!

Towels are all folded with crease facing forward and yes mine are usually color coded as well (until my boyfriend gets his hands on them)

Medicine cabinet.. all prescriptions MUST have the labels facing forward and any ointments or cream medicines must be laying flat with labels facing up!

oh, and by the way, i DO know that when i go to my brothers house, although my sister-in-law is a lovely gal, house always looks great.. she has NO ability to organize the cabinets, whether it be kitchen or bathroom, it makes me feel horribly jumpy like i need to go clean them or some crazy thing really, life shouldnt be this difficult to deal with

one more thing, when you go on a vacation, is your suitcase like, totally perfect ???? mine is organized by day and outfit, with socks and underwear for each day set up with them dont even get me STARTED with what i go through with my make-up bag ... its not even human !!!

oh, another thing, my glasses, yes are done in rows of 4, stacked 2 high and never any more than that

the bed, exact same thing.. i am HUGE on making the bed the right way.. the sheets cannot be off center, and the comforter HAS to be centered then the pillows, and i have a TON of them on my bed, they all have to be done the same way every day, organized by color and texture

the blinds, totally agree, if they are messed up, thats all i can focus on

and the bathroom storage, same way, meds with meds, lotions with lotions, face care with face care, hair care with hair care, all facing front... this has to be a sickness

BUT... heres the strangest part, my house - when my babies were younger, often looked like a tornado went through it but even then, every one of my cabinets was done to perfection

my t-shirts are all done by color and folded into 4ths.. im not sure where i picked this crazy shit up from, but, i do it so much that now, unless im talking about it, it just seems normal to me

Yes I just went away for vacation 2 weeks ago. My suitcase was packed with all folded by category- t-shirts together, tank tops together, skirts, socks, undies, bras, bathing suits.. My makeup case, i clean out every few months and all needs to be coded togther, eye lines, lipsticks, chapsticks, blushes..etc etc....
