Second...PROCRASTINATION!!!! Do you mean fingernails? If so, that's my major bad habit too! I think I have been doing it since I was 12 yrs old, I am now almost 34! I go through stages and periods of stress & anxiety where I bite them worse then others. It drives my hsuband crazy though!! I wish I could find a cure for this crazy habit. My dad does it too so maybe it is in the genes?? Sometimes it worries me because it seems self mutilating at times when I cause bleeding. I am currently trying tea tree oil & cinnamon chew sticks that I got from the health food store. Has not worked though... | |

I'm 21 and still sleep with my blanket that I've had since I was 5.  even when it's not cold, I sleep with it. I feel naked or emotionally unsafe without it.
