I am also a B-cup and I also have protruding hip bones that even through diet/exercise, dammit, just won't go away! Sometimes I think bigger boobs would make me look better and take away the attention from my hourglass-looking waist. I know it is hard - all the time we are bombarded with images of chicks with big boobs, and sometimes I think my clothes would fit a lot better if I could just fill them out more. They say plastic surgery is addictive and I just wouldn't want to fall into that hole. So please, think about it thoroughly, and if you do decide it's the right thing for you, go to a reputable doctor. Don't do it if you are at all uncomfortable with the idea of having implants in your body. Also, think about scarring, complications, etc. In the end, it's your body, but remember that your mindset can also easily get a makeover and you can learn to love your B-cup boobs, without spending all that money and going through the pain.

ya know there are some things i would like to change about myself, i wish i was maybe more attractive and i wish i loss a little weight, a boob job might be nice, but what if i get this done and they fuck up and i have a titty on my forhead or i die? its not worth it.

I really can't understand all this fuss abput big boobs. They look beautiful on a nice body that is perfectly fit for them. They look rather horrible when they're fake, or they at least feel horrible.

I have an A-cup, sometimes a B, and I love my breasts. Yeah, some clothes would fit better if they were bigger, but who cares. Nothing would ever convince me to even consider plastic surgery, it's messed-up bullshit from these times, WHY WHY?

My little sister (17 years and very small) has a D-cup, and if she would like to reduce her breasts, I would understand it.

But someone with a perfect B-cup? Come on, lady, get a grip.

I don't know how much I can relate to your particular situation, but please reconsider your decision to get fake boobs!!!! I have been CURSED and I do mean CURSED with large breasts my whole life, and I have many times considered a reduction even. I wore a DDD in the 8th grade, and looked crazy! I am not a big person, and only 5 foot tall and not heavy so I look kinda funny. God blessed me with nice hips to try and balance it all out, but today after 4 children I wear a F. I have a horrible time finding clothing, (and you would think with all the implants out there the bra sizes would go higher) and they can be very heavy and uncomfortable. I can't think of any advantages being large has gotten me (in reality) and would love to have nice B size breasts! I know of many women who have gotten the implants and have had SERIOUS health issues related to them. So, if you are a beautiful, healthy, young woman, stay that way and avoid the implants.
