I love bad movies. Anyone seen this? I saw it on video once and thought it was deliciously bad. Johnny Depp, as always, plays a chainsmoking person. This time a book-detective, who hunts down presious books. This time he searches for a book about the devil.

When I was up yesterday evening I wanted to be entertained badly and what better than a bad movie you already know?

The entire cast is extremely whack, esp Natasha Kinski, who plays a girl who can be an angel, or is she?

But the end is the greatest; it's an "open end", with Johnny Depp walking towards a castle bathing in light. He's got the knowledge to become the devil in his backpocket.

So, what is he gonna do next? oooooh!

Seigner acted so badly I did not even look her up on the end titles, which I normally do, otherwise I would not have made this mistake.
