As a gay man, I wanna say this...
Women have power. Heterosexual men NEED women to survive. You depend on them to raise your seeds, cook your meals, give you emotional support, comfort and care. A woman's life span gets shorter when she marries a man. The man's life span gets longer when he marries a woman. Men constantly have women on their mind for sex or companionship. They don't really care about the kids. The kids mainly care about their mother. The father is just there in the house. Unfortunately, a heterosexual woman can't be alone in society because she constantly has to be linked to THAT MAN. She can rarely be an independent species because her parents, her friends and everyone around her will be like "why aren't you married?" or they will look at her inadequately if she does not have a man in her life. The man defines himself. The woman is defined by her man. Men in a heterosexual marriage die old and isolate. A woman in a heterosexual marriage dies old, but is remembered, loved and it shakes up the whole family because everyone depended on her. A WOMAN IS THE LIFEFORCE of a family. Women, plural, are the lifeforces of all "patriarchal" families in America. The man can have an awesome ass career or job and it's like "Wow, this is what he does." The woman can have an awesome ass career, but we don't view her as an awesome "so-so," people usually see her as the awesome wife of Mr. [blah blah] or the awesome mother of [blah blah]. A woman will always be linked to a child. A man is not. So women have more power in my opinion in the long run. Men have it in the working world and with their dick when it comes to sex, but not much of nothing else. But the only way the woman can get that awesome power is if she hooks up with a man. So it's a 50/50 thing. | |

I like this comic, & essentially it's TRUE.
I find myself agreeing with quite a bit of what impressed said in his post.. JUST like I've been saying - like I have KNOWN for, oh, the last 7-8 years: the ONLY "advantage" men generally have over women is "physcial size/strength". other than that, many more times than not, women are MORE INTELLIGENT than men - they can usually "multitask" with a minimal amount of effort; women are more emotionally stable (okay, except maybe for some during "that time of the month") & of course.. WOMEN GIVE LIFE - in more than 1 way, I might add.. (men on the other hand.. many of us seem to have this habit of.. "taking life away".. you know.. fights & guns & wars & such..) yeah, let's be REAL here: women have always had the "power" which is why - in many cultures - a lot of men do what they can to, um.. "minimize" the influence of women.. from my mother on down: I have nothing but LOVE RESPECT & ADMIRATION for women.. I'll see you tonight..
