I'm gonna try them for sure think more "social invitation" than romantic evening so pull up a glass!
doing strawberries in chocolate is easy... use dipping chocolate, your favorite chocolate bar, whatever! i use mint but i am strange that way
choose ripe berries with nice tops. wash well ahead of time so they can dry. the chocolate won't stick to a wet berry. put a bowl over a smalll saucepan of water on medium low... making sure the water does not touch the bowl. you want the steam to melt the chocolate not the water (it will burn that way) dip in the chocolate holding on to the green top and let harden on wax paper. i don't know what it is but they get so juicy and sweet and  She couldn't stop crying 'cause she knew he was gone to stay | |

ok, so they didn't have purple roses... but i bought peach ones instead!
and i haven't had a strawberry yet... but they are cooling in the kitchen! and i haven't had any sparkeling wine... but i have had two vodkas with lemonade!
and i was sung to in french
