The long, hard walk home...

Have you ever been so out of it that you lost your way home when it's obvious what you need to do to get from point A to point B?

I did end up climbing a garden fence and falling into a back garden once. I shit myself when the spotlight came on and I thought the house occupants might have seen me. It was all OK though suffice to say. However, an easy 15 minute walk took me over an hour!

Well, I didnt stay too long to peak round but I fell into some shrubbery. I do recall that I got up in the morning with my white and blue 'EELS' t-shirt on and having a very sore knee. I had just turned 18. smile

It took me 5 hours to complete what should have been a 30 minute tube/walk home from a pub in London once. I started off by tube from south London, got off at the wrong stop, found the wrong flat (in the wrong part of town), fell over in an alley (hitting my head against a brick wall) and was unconscious for I don't know how long lying in a puddle, eventually woke and found the wrong bus which took me to another wrong part of town, on the way the bus driver woke me up in a pile of vomit to give me a telling off, eventually find myself in fucking Victoria station (central London) where I head straight to a black cab and pay him 30 quid to take me home to Hendon (north London). I got in at 5am, after having left at 11:30. I WAS JIBBERING JELLY OF A MAN, covered in vomit and puddle mud. Unfortunately I was crashing at a friends house at the time, so I totally ruined his sofa aswell confused

Well, it wasn't home. One of the nights out during Mardi Gras me and another guy got separated from our group of friends during Mardi Gras (a long story in itself). After we'd had our fill of the festivities we took a taxi back to my friend's apartment who we were staying with. I'm lucky I remembeered the address as we'd only been there a day or so. The taxi dropped us off, we paid and he drove away. I looked around and had no idea where we were. So we just started walking until we found a pay phone, it seemed we walked forever. I called my friend to ask her where the heck we were and figure out how to get back to her apartment. At this point we were a block away and after hearing her careful directions we made it there shortly.

Looking around the next morning, I realized he dropped us off right in front of her door. redface

lol Was it a 'self-made' puddle/piddle?

I swear you could make one of those short, late night Channel 4 'indi'-documentaries with your little episode.

You could call it "The Night My Jedi Force Let Me Down"

You're a good'un Taureau lol

falloff falloff falloff man I think I left Yoda trying to fish out his mobile from one of the bogs!

Luckily the puddle wasn't my pee, but I was so miffed once I sobered up and realised my brand new flash jacket was utterly fuggered! I totally forgot about my mates sofa when I realised that!

p0pRocks

indeed....

at 16 i got a little drunk and my friends dad sent me home, me and my best friend were walking home where i stopped to have a conversation with a hedgehog wacky i know!

Then some men pulled up in a car and my friend said come on run and hide....

I ran and hid in a phone box (not a good place to hide seeming as it is made of glass and is lit up like blackpool hmm took over an hour to make a 20 minute walk.

at 17, i got very drunk and fell asleep behind the industrial bins at marks and spencers in town, My friends eventually found me boxed but when we got into a taxi i demanded to be let out at every set of traffic lights cause the taxi driver was being reckless and making me fall off the seat. When i announced i was gonna throw up my friends and I had a long walk home, I was NOT popular...

and i wonder why i don't drink that much these days
