I watched this movie last night it was really good!


For those of you who haven't heard of it, this guy Morgan something or other, who was in good health great shape,decided to eat nothing but McDonalds for 30 days and document what it did to his body.

It's amazing to see what fast food really does to us.
When I was in college I worked two jobs and went to school full time, I ate fast food like crazy and I found myself nodding along to everything he complained was happening to his body. I rarely eat fast food anymore, once a month if that, because it makes me feel like crap, I thought it was because I am getting older now ( I'll be 26 in a month) and I just couldn't handle it like I did as a kid, but anyway....

The most interesting part for me was when he went to this school in Wisconsin for teens with Behavioral Disorders and the people that worked there said that a month after the school switched from the sterotypical middle american high school school lunch program ( Pizza Hut, fries, soda etc) to an organic freshly prepared school lunch company the students behavior changed in a month! In one month they noticed there was a drop off in outbursts and the students became more focused.

He also went to this economically depressed school where they served food given to the school by the goverment ( this is the type of food we have at my school, that my students eat) and he read the box and it said that one sloppy joe had just as much or more fat in it then like 3 Big Macs my kids eat like 3 of those at lunch!

McDonald's no longer offers folks the option to "super size" anymore thanks to this movie.

Really amazing....

If you haven't seen it yet, it's more than worth your time!

I made my 8 and 9 year old watch it with me.... I had recently gone through all their toys etc..re-organized their rooms and had a laundry basket oveflowing with McDonald toys!

needless to say.... they no longer want anything to do with McDonalds!!!!!
or most fast food joints.

definately make your kids watch it as well!!
