Well, the seller has sent a strange email to me - all in German. I did put it into an online translator but it made no sense whatsoever.

However in every auction I have ever bidden (and there have been quite some ) the postage for abroad was higher than for domestic buyers (in this case people from Germany). But they don't mention anywhere that the postage for outside Germany is higher, so I would ask them about that. If there is a different p&p for international bidders it should have been stated somewhere.
