I'm feeling kinda bored, so I thought I'd offer to adopt a Lurker for a day. I'm not suggesting I'm the best choice because I don't care to know half this place, but I may well be one of the safest

I think we're going to have to drag them out of the homepage's statistics

I'll adopt "CarrieMPLS". She's been a member for ages and I've
seen her online sometimes -usually just for a few minutes late
at night.

She's posted once or twice in the very early stages of her org
account. It's been said that it was 4 or 5 posts in total, but
since the old GD forum has been deleted, I guess we have no way
of finding out.

Anyway, I would like all of you to say a few nice words to her
and coax her into posting more.

What about Mendo? Apparently he joined sometime in 2002, but has only posted twice Is that a true lurker?

This is a great thread and I want to adopt kylie.

kylie is an orger who has NEVER posted. I first came to know kylie when I saw her online and sent her a brick to the head.

She only received the orgnote the other day and responded that she would rather not post. She is a true lurker. A lurker's lurker.

She also mentioned, without any prompting, that she likes to read. I think that's cool and want to adopt her for the day.

She's from Australia but I don't hold that against her.

I think I will do a fine job and bet that she will be banned in 24 hours.
