Those aren't bad at all. Mine are on the side of my knees. NOOOOO NOT BECAUSE OF THAT. I used to squat pretty heavy (weights that is).

They get lighter after a while, but I can still see them. They look horrible when they're fresh though. | |

Is it true that when lifting if you go too heavy too fast that's what happens. Is that a myth. My legs are my strength so that's why I got them there. Not much you can do about it but take things like vitamin C which will inhibit the release of cortisol. | |

*Nearly* everyone has them.. but there is a girl at work and she has really bad ones.. on her tummy after her pregnancy, but its only normal and nature anyways | |
