Go see the Prince impersonator at the Boardwalk. Sadly it's dark tonight but Tuesday through Saturday at 11:00 at the Boardwalk which is midstrip by New York New York etc.
Or go ride the New insanity ride at the Stratosphere: 
and stop in at the Sahara on the way and ride speed:
