In years past, I'd have quickly bounced back up, shaken myself off, hopped in front of the TV and thought no more of the incident. But not that time. I lay on the floor for a good 5 minutes thinking, "F*CK! This is the most painful shit I've ever felt!!"  It was one of the most sobering things to happen to me in recent years.I freakin hear ya. I'll be 35 this week and nobody ever guesses my age, although I do notice the wrinkles creepin up and my smile/laugh lines are becoming more apparent. Emotionally and mentally, I feel young. I don't feel like I'm creeping up on 40. But like you were saying, the body is starting to tell me to fuck off once in a while. I have been having problems with my right knee the past month and it doesn't seem to be getting better. I know 10 years ago I could have walked a thousand miles on my knees and then danced an all night jig. Starting to notice and feel those little creeks and stuff sucks for sure. God how you don't realize how much you should have appreciated your young body and young skin when you had it. Appreciate it young people!  Shut it old man!!!! | |

Having experienced Supa, he looks like he's 19 years old. I really didn't know he was 34. Wow. I'm going to be 39 this year. Some people say that I look about 5-6 years younger. Im 24, but I get a range of age guesses depending on how im dressed and who Im with. I think Im pretty much lookin my age these days though I'm feelin kind of n-a-s-t-y

Most of the time I feel younger than I am.
I don't think I look younger than I am, but I've seen some folks that are right around my age and I REALLY hope I don't look as old as they do. I FEEL young and vibrant...but I don't think I look that way. I'm firmly planted in denial |

My Thai adult students always used to guess around 28 or 29, though I'm 23. I'm really quite baby-faced, but I think the beard and all the drinking I was doing at the time made me look older. Right now I feel younger than I did a year ago.  | |
