ok here's the story, I asked a friend of mine if he would burn some Prince dvds for me, he was cool, saying sure i will do that, end of that convo
another friend picks them up for me and upon receiving them he says to my friend, "that will be $7", my friend had only $6.45 on him, gives him that and upon taking the money says to my other friend, thanks but u still owe 55 cents, my friend comes around with the dvds and tells me about the money exchange and says, he wants the 55 cents u owe.
I examined my discs and he wrote on each one of them Prince Crap (that pissed me off)
so i sent a letter with the 55 cents stuck on a peice of paper with a note reading:
'thanks for burning the dvds, didn't appreciate u writing Prince Crap on the dvds, here is ur 55cents you fucking tightarse'
so just want ur thoughts, u reckon i was being harsh with the letter or hey that was fair??? how would u have reacted

I think you where right! I would be pissed too!!

i'd have overreacted too, probably worse. i get so sick of people i know constantly harping on me for being into prince's music. stupid assholes.

I'd be pissed if I was the friend who is out $6.45 while being treated as a personal courier service

heheh - well as "pissed" as you may be - how you react may determine whether this friend ever does you another favor or not. Just something to keep in mind.

If its written in sharpie marker you can take it off with rubbing alcohol, and your friend is a tightass worrying 55 cents

Rubbing alcohol works great it won't harm your cd or dvd, because it evaporates so quickly and it helps to slean the disc.
