The bottom line is that you have to fight. I mean, really really fight to get out of it. And that struggle, and all the bullshit surrounding that struggle, is worth it in the end.

I am sorry your feeling sad.. I get like that once and a while.. sooo sad that i sometimes dont want to get out of bed. I try to do things that make me smile and feel good... I go shopping or watch something that makes me laugh..

I always feel healthier after a good application but then panic the day after. It'll take your mind off things - you know, the ritual of exfoliating your skin; Smearing on the fak tan lotion; Hobbling about your home trying not to touch anything until it dries...

unfortunatly i was in a serious funk for about 2 years. but i'm better now. the meds helped.
