If anyone can truly say they have never been rubbed up the wrong way or have misunderstood a post, comment etc etc and have reacted back or called someone a name here then great.. thats just human nature. Backstabbing is only possible if it's done by people you care about, at least to me. Then I treat it as I would IRL, they're GONE. Backstabbing and lying NEVER goes with me, no matter if it's here or IRL. Some people will know some recent drama I was pissed off with, but very few people knew WHY I was mad: I was lied to and others were backstabbed, that's why.

well animal i can only speak for myself ..when one of the orgers cat died ..i was sincere with wishing her blessing and my condolinsence (lol need a dictionary) .my sweet little kitty is in cat heaven so i knew how hurt she felt . when another orger was going into the hospital to have a very major surgery done i did say a prayer for them . thats just the type of person i am ...lol i know i am no way a mother theresa but i am sincere .

After being here for a while it still boggles my mind. You'd think some people over here are the reincarnation of Mother Theresa. I'm not saying you can't be nice to people, but dayum...some just overdo it which makes it look incredibly fake to me. That's one of the reasons I hardly ever post anything personal here. The insincerity would only enrage me. Things don't always happen for a reason, we just make up a reason for them so we can deal with it. Things will not always be alright, not everyone is cute or talented "in their own way". Stop hiding behind the limitations of communicating online, it's entirely possibly I wouldn't like you in real life either. Perhaps I'm just too cynical for this place.

I can't speak for any other orger, but I've always been pretty genuine on the org. Who the heck have I got to impress here?
So, if I offer my condolences or prayers to someone, stroke their ego elsewhere, poke fun at their taste in music elsewhere, compliment someone on something awesome they've posted and just minutes later call the same orger on their sh*t in another thread, I actually do mean all of those things. Like Whitman said, "Do I contradict myself? Very well then, I contradict myself; I am large -- I contain multitudes." My general rule is be me, and pay respect to friend and foe where and how it's due.
