I'm depressed for the first time in a long time

Well..i've been trying to buy a house for a few months now and today it hit me that it's not going to happen. sad
it's actually soooo frustrating - the banks and the ppl in charge really don't make it easy for you. they really don't.
to be honest i was doing this for my folks who don't own a house and i wanted them to be able to live comfortably when they retire - now i'm worried that that won't happen.
there still is a chance but it's a slim chance. i do have approval for a loan from the bank but i have find $300,000 from somewhere.

u have to find 300,000? eye don't understand. The same thing happened 2 my sister a few months ago, she wanted 2 buy my mom a house the banks pre-approved her and then she found the perfect house and the bank ended up saying no... eye feel 4 ya. Maybe u can get ur parents a condo or something. It's actually better eye think. Houses have high taxes and maintenance fees etc etc that r ridiculous..... Paying an association at a nice condo place don't sound that bad sad neutral
Aka Symbolina, PrimeraDama, ChristianSinner, and god only knows what other nics eye've had wink
