Hey, Fauxie, try not to sweat it. Mis-characterizations happen here all of the time; I've both been a target of it (I was compared to cancer in an open letter to me here on the boards) as well as been guilty of doing it myself to others. I think communication on the 'Net, especially message boards, seems to foster a kind of intimacy that makes people feel they know you--even based upon short, impersonal interactions.
