There really is a little boy in the window in Three Men And A Baby!!! When that first came out I remember my friend and I setting the VCR on a slower speed so we could see it and it was so spooky we jumped! I dont remember him having a gun but he was supposedly a ghost. It was creepy!

The Wizard of Oz is wrapped up in several layers of myth making it a great film. I think the possible explanation why it's so popular is because of the way the underlying story runs counter to the official narrative. If you think about when the movie was made, 1939. It's not the usual happy ending you'd come to expect from Hollywood. The chilly black and white scenes when Dorothy returns Kansas magnify just how lonely Dorothy is there. Kansas may be home but it also could be called Dullsville in comparison the wonderful delight of Oz and for that matter...Hollywood.

Another Urban Legend/Misunderstanding - there IS someone in teh window behind...but it is a cardboard cutout of Ted Danson. The cut out was going to be used as a side-story about the characters acting career....but it was dropped later on in the shoot but the shot with teh cut out remained
