What the fuck was I thinking?? Booking a trip to the US for me and my husband and leaving my son at home???

What if the plane crashes?? What if something would happen?

OMG can anyone talk some sense into me?

My son is 16,5 yrs old now and has been alone before last year when we went to Greece...but now we're flying over the ocean

You'll be ok, Petra The US isn't THAT much farther than Greece Just make sure your son has a list of emergency contacts and maybe have your friends/family call and drop by on him unexpected.

I am sure you left instructions for you kids and back up from your family in case of an emergency! The same deal if you went to visit around the corner. The emergency plans work and it doesn't not matter where you are. Okay? You are just being a concerned mom! That is all. Just make sure the five year old has an outlet from the teenager!
