Natures greatest legal drug! 
I am seriously addicted to chillies. I worked out last night that my last 9 meals (excluding breakfasts) have all included chillies. 
I have found that after eating food that has the great chilli included that I get an overwhelming sense of "wellbeing". I am seriously addicted. I love that feeling of heat in your mouth and in your tummy. 
The good news is that chillies are extremely good for you and are rich in vitamin C.  for chillies.When I read about the evils of drinking, I gave up reading. | |

There is a great breakfast recipe for chillies that they make in Sri Lanka. It is basically chilli scrambled eggs.
You chop up some fresh chillies, spring onion, currapincher (curry leaves) and soften them in a heated frypan with oil. You then just add the eggs, a dolop of butter, a splash of milk and stir the contents until cooked.
It is the best hangover cure ever!!!

a lil tid bit on chillis....its the only food that doesnt register taste via your taste buds...the taste of chilli actually activates your pain sensors....
so in other words, your body is telling   NO!!! DONT GO THERE!!!!
