How Do I Keep A Cold From Developing???  I feel like I'm coming down with a cold... 
What can I do to ward it off, or at least minimize it??... (and no suggestions of fasting, AB...lol) Any ideas??  | |

It is important to drink lots of water...get lots of rest...take some vitamin C and Zinc...and you can do Allistair's boiled orange thing... Take two oranges and put them in a pot with water with the skins on...and boil them for about five minutes...then peel and eat them. It's really soothing
