So, today I was doing a chart note about a client at work. I was summarizing a recent conversation I had with the client regarding his mental health. When I got done and reread it, I realized I had done this:

"Client describes periodic, intense Anxiety attacks. When client is experiencing Anxiety, he describes symptoms of.....Client reports going for walks and contacting friends when he feels the onset of Anxiety...Client plans to follow-up with psych regarding Anxiety soon."

Yup, thanks to some silly moderator, Anxiety is no longer a psychiatric symptom to me, Anxiety is now a proper noun.

Anywho, is creeping into anyone else's head these days?

Does Anxiety attack bearing arms or bare-handed?

anything BUT a proper noun!

I wish I had an attack of that sort on my loins.
