I think it's schnaps pfeifle no ? Schnaps is a kind of liquor. Dunno what is pfeifle and all the translators i tried too  | |

thank u. its on a little white ceramic jar type container with a spout coming out of one side, looks to be like a pipe shape. bought at an auction, i was just curious what the word meant | |

Ok ! So yes i think it's a jar for schnaps. The way you describe it sounds familiar to me. In the eastside of France - close to Germany - we have also a similar liquor called schaps with the same jar.  | |
