An Anxiety attack for me usually entails delusions of a Trader Joes shopping trip followed by acute improv and reaches its peak with bouts of brickontoalthrombosis.

I always laugh when I see one of those ads on tv for some type of medication and "Anxiety attacks" are a side effect. I always picture Anx jumping out and pummeling someone with a mini bat.
