I was kinda expecting more...anyone else?

It wasn't bad; but it wasn't great either. Didn't like the character of "Gabriel". Well the actress playing him anyway. Not that she was bad..just didn't fit the role well I felt. The ending seemed a bit rushed. I liked the special effects though. And the lead actress (who's name I forgot)..very easy on the eyes!! 1/2 out of 5!

I saw it 2 weeks ago. I found the horror effects tame. But I thoroughly enjoyed it all. It was pretty cool. I was expecting some Matrix stuff from Keanu Reeves.

It's like going to see a movie with Meg Ryan and expecting a decent film that doesn't numb your intelligence for an hour and a half...god forbid a 2 hour movie.

I think it just sucks. The special effects were good though. There are much better movies in the cinema right now. The Aviator, Clints piece, etc.

I can't wait for Sin City. It's pretty much gotten No fan fare. It looks really promising with the story's creater at the helm of the directing too (with some help). SO at least there won't be any butchering of the story that the writer didn't agree to (i.e. Akira was the same way).
