My dream has come true! At least it will come true on celluloid. THE ROCK, yes, THE ROCK, will play a gay man in the movie BE COOL. Yes!!!!! Now, I don't have anything against feminine men but I hope he plays it butch. And I hope he kisses a guy. That's all I ask. Either way the whole movie looks like it's going to be hilarious. I hope I'm not dissapointed.

I'm a bit afraid he'll "gay it up" -act like the stereotypical lil nelly. Nothing against femme men either, but if gay is being played by someone who (probably) isn't, it has to be done carefully IMO.

By all accounts it's absolutely dire.

"war of the worlds" should be shit. No offence but the original film (i know it's a book) is rubbish. Nothing much happens and the religious overtones at the end is kinda yuck!

I'm concerned that it's supposed to come out on April 1st and I haven't seen any ads for it, but I'm dying to see the Tenacious D movie. If it's half as good as their show, it's going to rock! Other than that, maybe "Batman Returns" only because it means they are going to be releasing proper "Batman" DVDs with the kickass extras they deserve! Can you say "Prince music videos"? We can hope!

Batman Begins
(Finally... not only do I get to die a happy poof by seeing Christian Bale clad head-2-toe in rubber, but this WILL be the best Batman film yet)

It's going to have to be pretty fucking good to the top the first two if you ask me. I always thought people loved the first but it seems like as time goes on, it seems to be getting knocked down pretty badly, possibly because of the last two, which were terrible!

Star Wars - Episode III
(...It BETTER be dark)

It's definitely dark. Easily as dark as Empire, probably more so (though of
course it is a family film so it ain't gonna be reaaallly dark). PG13.

Ian McDiarmid owns this movie, he really gets to have fun as Palpatine/
Darth Sidious. We get to see Sidious' evil plan all fall into place in this
one. And of course Anakin's descent to the darkside is very cleverly
orchestrated by him, turning all of his good intentions and anger to his
advantage.

The only thing good about "Life Aquatic" is Bill Murray and Willem Dafoe...
"The Woodsman" is just a nice little movie...

NOTHING will EVER be able to come even close to Peter Chung's version.

This offends me.

"Life Aquatic" just wasn't out very long (not sure why) and "The Woodsman" was a very small release that really didn't get it's due. I would have liked to see both.
