Bullying My five year old daughter is being bullied I have been through a lot this past few months but nothing has hurt me like hearing my baby explain how 2 other girls have degraded her, and pinched her and pulled her hair. She is really big for her age and is already the size of an 7-8 year old but she is so loveable and placid even though she is so much bigger than these other girls she will not defend herself, she is emotional too having had to deal with the break up of mine and her fathers relationship I have told her I'm going into the school to see her teacher but she has cried and begged me not to incase it just makes it worse and as a child who was bullied myself i know that it can have that effect I feel impotent but all i want to take all the hurt away! I nearly cried with her when she was telling me.

Bullying is illegal where I live.
Tell the principle anyways, do something about it, at least for her emotional and mental health. Why subject her to that on a 5 day basis and only gets a break from it on the weekend. contact the parents of these kids, report it to somebody or child welfare too. Report it to the police if the school wont deal with it. Other than that - transfer to another school. good luck Ohh purple joy oh purple bliss oh purple rapture! the best thing to do is to have a talk with the teacher AND the parents of the other kids. my son was being picked on before also. i usually a peaceful but things like that piss me off. i talked to the teachers and they talked to the kids and there was no problem after that. i know your daughter doesn't want to be viewed as a tattle tell so what you could do is tell the teacher to look out for her and watch whats goin on with her and the other girls and if the teacher sees something then she can reprimand them without saying that you said anything. you can't just do nothing. her grades might suffer especially since she is sensitive over your breakup with her father.

I once had this problem with my daughter...though she was older...
She begged us not to go to the school too...but it was too serious to ignore.... After visiting the school and talking it through the problems largely ceased.....

Hey, u know somethin, I used 2 go through precisely da same thing when i was a kid too. And like your little girl i didn't want my parentz going in to make "matters worse". Thinking back to my own mentality at da time, i can say it was cause i already felt a bit victimized, dat i didn't wanna feel more helpless. She will grow out of da insecuritiez and bloom majorly as she growz up just so long as she is encouraged 2 just be herself and maybe encourage her in anything she is passionate about- because she will have an outlet and realise dat those girlz (or boyz even) have absolutely nothin on her!! Gain her permission to tell da teacherz first...they SHOULD know, and i think teacherz do notice when something is not going right with a kid and they've been picked on. How they handle da situationz is a case of they're individual decision.
It's so sad to hear this!! Remind ur daughter dat she's a superstar at what she does, and these kidz are just jealous cause she's probably very smart, and tell her she's beautiful inside out alwayz!!! My parentz did dat and it did wonderz for my ego No hablo espanol,no! Pero hablo ingles..ssii muy muy bien... Missy Quote of da Month: "yeah, sure, that's cool...wait WHAT?! "

Bullying is just so wrong...I was bullied too all the way through school. At one stage in year 6 (the final year before high school here) one incident that I'll never forget is one day I was literally backed up against a wall by a smaller group of boys and girls in my year which quickly became a bigger group as they all realised what was happening...I'm lucky a teacher came along because I don't even want to think about how it would have finished if not

Or if you really want to fuck with their heads get to their parents and tell the kids it's all their fault something awful (think of something creative) has happenend to them and that their parents are forever dissapointed in them in their death... And this all is nothing compared to the shit people still go through in their heads who got bullied by little, useless, waste of space fucks... Neversin. [Edited 2/13/05 17:25pm] O(+>NIИ<+)O

![]() oh definately...I'll be the first to admit I still have some issues about people and things that happened. There's a school reunion this Saturday night with some of these same people and to be honest I'd be petrified to walk in there with them all if I was going

It won't stop unless something is done.
And I think it should be done by an adult. so I join the advices of other. tell the teacher, principal or parents. If that doesn't help, just put spiders in their school bags

I was never bullied. Some tried, but quickly regreted it. Since I have a brother who's 4 years older than me, very popular, and very strong.
Every school I've been with, I had some friends who were pretty strong. I always had some sort of connection to someone who can protect me, so no one really dared bullying me. Not to mention no one had any reason. I was so quiet nobody every really noticed me.

Yeah bulliez suck For me, it was like everything was wrong with me Also in your schooling yearz there is alwayz da "boss" of da group...and i never quite adhered 2 dat kinda thing- nobody tellz me what 2 do!! So dat didnt go down 2 well either!! Plus i was just different to everyone else!! I loved my bookz i loved my music (and hated most boy bandz all da other galz loved and disagreed with da whole idea of them!!), yeah i loved talking alot (look at this post it's so damn long- a good example of how much i blab) and i had a not-so-Australian accent- da teacherz loved my accent but my peerz- not so much. Got ridiculed for dat all da timez too. I was made fun of cause i did my hair up nice everyday for highschool I fink this goes on for alotta peoplez- but watch and see how nice they are after all those yearz. They too mature and then they inwardly (well you'd hope) realize how dumb it all was!!! And datz da bestest satisfaction at all...And da icing on da cake is when you're doin well and gettin ahead...and they're well...not. Just thought id share ![]() No hablo espanol,no!
