If u want to meet him halfway get burgers from McDonalds. They may or may not have meat in them. The mystery of it can be exciting.

Hahahaha you should make something with GardenBurger (pasta with meatballs?) and let him think it's meat then after he eats it and likes it tell him what it is.
Just make sure he's not allergic to soy

This won't work. My girlfriend tried to trick me and made meatballs out of that gardenburger stuff and I knew immediately something wasn't right. I told her she should have just made the 'getti w/marinara/pomadaro sauce and I would've been happy. The fact that she tried to trick me pissed me off.

not that your reply was predictable, but there's an as-yet undiscovered tribe in the Australian outback who live in an underground burrow society and only appear above-ground roughly twice a decade in order to celebrate the passing of the Great Worm...and they knew you were gonna say that!!! lol

But I like him alot sad
Despite his savage slobbing over freshly slaughtered animals
hes really nice biggrin

But do you already know he feels it necessary to eat meat at every meal? I know plenty of carnivores who appreciate a yummy veggie meal. Maybe he would too. biggrin

I loved veggie meals in Minne... Can't tell the difference! I'm with her... serve Serenes idea. Just because we are meat eaters WAY does not mean we need it with every meal!

Yah, I always find pasta to be the most familiar thing to serve omni folks. I've been known to put veggie "meat"balls on the side and let them decide if they want to try them.

Taco bar is a good bet too. Along with the usual toppings, you can have black beans and some of the Ground Round veggie crumble stuff; if they are afraid of "fake meat", they can go with the beans. Of course, tacos are messy and beans come with their own romance issues, if that's what you're going for. giggle

I ate with most the folks on this thread and they are veggies... For health reasons I am not,(Not up for debate folks! bow My cholestoral is low to dangerously low) but we ate perfect together... It was awesome! If the man can't handle a substitute or just a heavy pasta dish instead hes got an issue!
