Harold and Kumar...what happened with this movie.

I just rented "Harold and Kumar Go To White Castle" and was expecting a cheesy stoner flick but it's really so much more. I was really surprised that critics really liked it (granted, a lot of the praise was coming from Ebert and that guy has some splaing to do) but I can understand why. However, I was shocked that it only made $18 million in the US the DVD release didn't seem to be that big a deal. I think this movie is right up there with "Naploean Dynamite" when it comes to diverse teen comedies. I heard they are making the sequel (and if you've seen the movie, you could tell that there was a setup for one) so are they counting on it doing well on DVD and becoming a hit that way? I just don't know why this movie didn't do well at all. It's a shame. Any other fans out there.

I was totally surprized how good it is.

The sequel should open with them taking
a massive dump (especially after 30 WC's each...)

I liked it too. I didn't expect to like it but it was really entertaining. If there is a sequel, I will see it in the theater.
I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that
