Apparently, there are commercials airing for this year's shindig and I am featured in the commercial! He thought it was me, and I told him what I was wearing (fab dress and shoes!) to last year's thing and that they filmed me coming in and interviewed me and stuff, which I thought was just kinda silly, but apparently there's footage of me walking in and smiling in the commercial.
I'm famous!  That's cool!! I've seen that commercial. I will watch for it again and pay closer attention next time. BTW - I'm pretty sure I saw it on channel 5 during the 5 o'clock news. | |

And they are on 5 and 45, from what I can gather. Someone else brought it up to me at work today just as I was leaving. Now I really need to see it! 
They are both sponsors of the event. I believe channel 5 is playing an abbreviated spot (just 10-20 seconds). Since this is "sweeps" month they didn't want to give away much valuable commercial time. | |
