ok maybe im obsessive, but i polish my shoes, then buff them to a shine i was wondering if anyone else still does this. when i look at someone for the first time i find myself looking down at their shoes, if they are all scuffed i get a little now off to work i go with my perfectly polished shoes

I scrub mine in 'Essence of Petunia'.

My shoes look like shit.


But when I work, I gotta where stupid black work shoes.....safety reasons of course. I don't shine them. It makes no difference to me if I notice someones shoes or not.
