Put your EGOS aside for a minute!!! This is my challenge to all you folks who have estranged yourselves from a friend you were dear to! Do what you have to in order to re-establish contact, NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOUR MIND TELLS YOU NOT TO...and get that friendship going again! We can't pick our family, but we DO pick our friends..and we have picked them for some specific reason that has touched each and every one of us for some reason or another....so go!!

i am doing exactly that ... flying friday to Buffalo to see someone i have not seen in 2 yrs... things got weird and we pushed each other away
no more... time for re-embracing the friendship ...  wish me luck ... its going to be interesting to say the least

This is my Challenge to the Org! I've tried...all my life I've chased, I've gone out of my way and I've been good to friends. I've (pretty much) got trampled on emotionally for the effort. I lost a friend who was very dear to me a few months ago and I'm still really upset about it but she's not at all it seems to that tells me I should move on...I'm finished going out of my way for those that don't care or appreciate my friendship. I've done it all my life and it's stopped now...too much | |
