after school specials...on DVD!!! i had no idea these even existed until today, when i was bumming around at borders and found this little gem for twelve measley bucks!
it's four ABC afterschool specials, from 1974-77, and the box they're packaged in is designed to look like a Trapper Keeper! how cool is that?! 
there are a bunch of 'em...i don't know how nuts i'm gonna go for buying all of them, but i hadda have at least one. and they're cheep!  | |

the volume i have doesn't include the angel dust one, though i've heard many stories about it and i hope it's included in one of the other volumes. That one is in the next round of After School Special releases. The first 2 were packaged as Trapper Keepers, and the ones that came out in January were packaged as lockers.  Very cool. I snatched them up as soon as they were released, because I grew up watching them, and because they were under $10 for a DVD with 4 episodes. Great fun! We've watched them at work, and I will have to remember to watch them again soon.
