Evil Dead 4 
"Raimi confirmed to Bloody Disgusting that he will be directing and producing "Evil Dead 4", which will star Bruce Campbell as ASH and will also have many of the actors from the previous Evil Dead movies. I realize there's only so many times you can make a movie about a handful of people in a small cabin getting terroized by demons. But the story line in Army of Darkness was just way too ridiculous IMO. It didn't even feel like a horror movie, I felt like I was watching SpaceBalls or something.
The original Evil Dead as well as part 2, had a nice balance between being funny and frightening. I hope he keeps it simple, and doesn't get too crazy with the plot. | |
