That's a pretty quick cancellation, considering this is UPN (then again, maybe it dragged everything down). I tried watching it and it was a bit too gimicky. The girl was cute.

Damnit. I watched that show too. I admit that it wasnt a briliant show or anything but I thought everyone on the show was a perfect 10. Everyone was gorgeous. Thats the main reason why I watched the show. All of the main charaters could be models. I mean, look at these people! They were the sexiest cast on television!

3 reasons why this show was cancelled...

1. all black cast...if a mediocre show like this featured an all white cast, it would have at least made it til may 05...

2. the lead actors...
a. no one is going to buy boris and nicole as any thing but "damon and terri" so soon after soul food went off the air last year
b. these two are disgustingly cute...there's nothing more annoying than watching two uber-attractive people who not only have played a couple on tv twice, but are together in real life

3. not funny...forget about the fact that it was on upn, had all black folx -- it just wasn't that funny. it was actually kinda boring and not that well-written...it was trying too hard not to be the stereotypical upn black sitcom, but then it was just boring...such is the dilemma of black sitcoms: how to be funny without "cooning" for the camera...
