if you are UNDER 50, you wear a pink hat the deal is... its a celebration of age for women in this group.. once you have your 50th birthday, you are allowed to wear the RED hat





i however dont like to wear pink so, i guess im gonna have to wait a few more years

I saw them cute little rascals at a Pumkin Festival this year in Queen Creek, it's a small farming community just within the Phoenix southeast vicinity.

I took a picture of them... I have it somewhere... they were so full of life. Life seemed like a big o'l party to them.

Of course me being the curious soul I am... I just had to ask them what the "Red Hats" represented.

My mom is a red hat society member! A friend of mine wants to crash one of their dinners or whatever wearing pink hats. I don't feel so close to "under fifty" yet.

I'm member of the "red ass" society. They dont let us out much!
