Have you ever made a mistake and wanted to take it back? Have you ever hurt someone and wanted to make it right? Has someone ever asked for your forgiveness and you gave it without conditions? Everyone is guilty at one point or another of hurting someone without doing it on purpose. No one is innocent of that. People who want to heal and get past hurt feelings can't do that when they are reminded everyday of what happened. So when you get hurt or know someone who got hurt, don't talk about it. Don't remind that person of what happened. When someone forgives a person or people don't make them feel like they made a mistake. And please don't get involved. It only causes more hurt and then lies get created. Be a soothing salve for that person and help them focus on something else. Don't back bite the person that may have hurt someone else, because 90% of the time we don't always know the whole story. Just think how you would feel if this was you so that you won't hurt someone else. So keep what happened in the past where it belongs, in the past. Steph

The point I am really trying to make is this...things happen for a reason, no one is to blame. So before someone speaks about someone elses problems we should think how would we feel if we were one of the people involved. How would we want to work it out ourselves.

great story hun and its nice to see such a positive approach to dealing with something like this.... HOWEVER....

sometimes, folks do things... really, really dumb hurtful things... with or without thinking about it, it really makes no difference. they end up hurting others and stepping on others feelings, trust, and affections just to get to where they want to be.


in most situations, i try to take the high road... but, in other situations i use them to be able to see my way out of a nasty situation. somethings i have seen in my little life blow me away... just the ability to mishandle another persons emotions in that way makes me physically ill. people just shouldnt be that god damn mean....
