MARTHA STEWART may only have a few weeks left on her five-month sentence, but some of the domestic diva's famous gal pals just can't wait until then to spend some time with their locked-up lady friend.

Former talk show host ROSIE O'DONNELL recently filed papers to visit Martha at the Alderson, WV federal prison known as Camp Cupcake!

And BARBARA WALTERS, on Tuesday's episode of "The View," revealed that she herself made a trip to the jail not too long ago, telling viewers that Martha appeared to be in good spirits, had lost a significant amount of weight and was even teaching yoga to fellow inmates.

Martha was convicted last March for lying to investigators about the sale of ImClone stock. She was sentenced to 10 months, five of which she is spending at the federal prison, and five which will be completed home-bound at her estate in upstate New York, where she will only be allowed to work eight hours a day.

Some of that work time will no doubt include preparations for her new daily show from MARK BURNETT, creator of the highly successful shows "The Apprentice" and "Survivor."

The hour-long program will debut this fall and feature celebrity guests as well as tips on cooking, entertaining, decorating and home renovating. The two have also announced that they will be working on a primetime reality show as well.

In an open letter posted on her website, Martha tells fans that she looks forward to getting home and back to work. "I have had time to think, time to write, time to exercise, time to not eat the bad food, and time to walk and contemplate the future."
