I am happy for you, but also quite jealous. Although I have managed to work myself down from a pack to 5 smokes a day, I have been having a difficult time stopping alltogther. I have quit four or five times in the last six months and keep relapsing.  Friday night is my worst enemy!a psychotic is someone who just figured out what's going on | |

It was hell drinking coffee, writing, and drinking beer, but it all worked out eventually. The first 36 hours are when the chemicals actually get out of your system, then its a lot of habit breaking. | |
