Oh my God!! I've been wanting to go to the U.K. since I was 18. I think it was the whole 80's music that came from across the pond. I hope to get there very soon. I want to take the cheesy tour busses and then just walk around and get lost. I hope to go later this year. How's London in August. Is that a good time to go or a bad time?

Cornwall is my favorite place on earth!!!! My grandparents were from Penzance and Lands End so I grew up hearing stories and seeing pictures of the whole area. We were finally able to go there last May for a month and it was better than anything we expected.Driving in Cornwall was nervewracking but we survived .
It really depends on whats open this time of year but you could see the Eden Project,Goongilly, St.Michael's Mount(check out the giant), all the pubs,get a map of the walking trails,the old mines...there's a lot.You should Google the towns around where you"re going to see whats going on for concerts and clubs,ect.

Go to Cheltenham. I grew up there. U could do a pilgrimage.

There's nothing as cosy as Sunday afternoon with a pint of best and a packet of scratchings.
