I think for something as intimate as a wedding gift the personalities of the couple should be taken into account. Base the choice of gift on how you know them.

If they're into it, I would get them a spa day package, like maybe a couples massage, etc. Something that would totally pamper them so they can escape reality, even only for just a few hours.
