What do they do that should be taxed?

I think that if there is an elevador button pushed a tax for each that hit it again or press it repeatedly should be taxed.

- get on the 12-items-or-less lane at the supermarket with 20 items
- wear pajamas in public
- buy chrome spinning hubcaps to go with the booming stereo system in the $200 car.
