The IPOD Shuffle just lacks some features that I would otherwise really want (a display, for one).


Does anyone have any good recommendations for flash-memory based MP3 players?

I heard the i-river 800 series are good and they have 40 hours of battery life.

These are my requirements (in order of importance)

1) Great Sound (low base, high notes, etc.)
2) Small size
3) Price

I train for marathons and workout at the gym with my Rio Sport s35 player and I love it. I would buy the 128 mb one and then add memory because it's cheaper then buging the factory installed memory.
