A hangover is due to being dehydrated, which is why the best cure is to drink a lot of water.

It happens to me sometimes when I don't get enough sleep.

When I worked double shifts, the next day my head would hurt like a muthafukka! Probably cuz the only liquids I consumed for the previous day were Mountain Dew and pepsi

I get it when my son doesn't sleep through the night....and when my boyfriend keeps trying to play "hide the chocolate bar" while I'm trying to sleep....
