Has anyone ever dealt with them?

I need to know how can I go about picking up an item for someone.

My boyfriend pawned one of his guitars a couple months ago, and I want to get it out of there for him, without him knowing, what are the rules on claiming items? they wont tell me squat over the phone

You need the receit that was given to him in order to pick it up...Unless it's different where you are but the ones here as long as you have that it doesn't matter who picks it.. If I'm wrong..Sorry
