I thought it was decent. The two leads weren't great actors, but once they were in the water it was really terrific. I know a LOT of people that intensely dislike the movie, but good movies often polarize viewers.

I LOVED this film. And hated it. I literally felt sick to my stomache for 2 hours after seeing it. Not because it was gross, but just because I 'bought' the whole film and was very stressed out by it.

But yeah, I also know friends who tought it was pure crap. Go figure...

Great Movie. (I started a thread when it came out). Freaked me out though...as it was supposed to. I know a lot of people who won't see it. I was terrified though. The storm part was the freakiest part. I cried out of sheer terror. And the end... sigh But you know I like movies like that. I am so sick of the same ol same ol where I feel nothing. It's called being original and NOT cheating.

the ocean is soo big but remember

the red spot on jupitor

I saw it in the theatre when it was first released, and at the film's conclusion a couple people said "That's it?" I don't know what else they were expecting.

i feel ya hug it was just so 'real'

they did an amazing job at filming the movie - i give credit where credit is due.... but damn, wheres the love ??? the ending was, shocking to say the least, and left way to much to the imagination disbelief

also, i dont think i will get my son in the ocean after that lol

the only thing that brought him outta the funk he was in was to watch the extras.....you know, the making of ? then he could see that it was all actors, and noone was really hurt in the end...

what i dont understand is why this one effected him this way, other scary movies didnt do that, maybe its because it was so real looking nod

for sure, that part was the best part of the movie, and the fact that it took what ? like 2 years of filming ??? thats just nuts....

but, it is great to see someone make a movie out of a belief that they can woot! and not just some good looking hollywood actors

Decent movie. Overhyped, but not as much as blair witch. Good, but dont set your expectations too high.
