Sewing club??... Well, we were actually called the "fashion club", lol, but it was really a club where we all used to sew. We put together fashion shows and sold some of our things we made for different school fundraisers and charities. It was a lot of fun!

MIGUELGOMEZ said: BIG BAND GEEK HERE!!!!!
I was proudly in the Independence Cavalry Marching Band, San Jose, California. We had 210 members. I was lucky to be in it 1981 thru 1985,the glory years. We marched competitively and were pretty much undefeated. The year before I was in the band they won the Marching Bands of America contest. Yeah, band was my life. Before school, during school and after school. I played saxophone throughout my marching career. Alto and Baritone. I marched Baritone at the Tournament of Roses Parade 1982? I was in pain. I met up with my first girlfriend and later on my first boyfriend. Miguel [Edited 1/26/05 9:14am] Band geeks rule!

I don't know you Carrie, but I can honestly see that in you. By your pictures. I bet you were so good! awwwww Thanks, Sag! |

I hadn't a single friend in high school. Shocking, I know. I wonder why, cuz I was in all the organizations that the cool kids frequent - Spanish Club, Newspaper, Teacher's Assistant, Amnesty International.

I did take part in extra-curricular activities- member of school magazine, was involved in a few school productions and for about 4 years was part of da school choir- which was da ultimate of nerdness at my school but i needed 2 sing somewherez. When i was in primary school i went for piano lessons everyweek.
After school in highschool, i'd come home, pretend 2 do my homework, get some albums out and bloody just sing at da top of my lungs until i sounded exactly like whoever it was i was listening to. THEN i'd watch Fresh Prince of Belair cause i thought Will Smith was hot. No hablo espanol,no!
Pero hablo ingles..ssii muy muy bien... "Come into my world..." Missy Quote of da Month: "yeah, sure, that's cool...wait WHAT?! "
