Oh absolutelyz!! U have to travel some hourz 2 get to these quiet beaches, but it'z just sooooo nice!!! And all eerie at da sametime!! I alwayz wonder if these spotz were inhabited by Aborigines- which is indeed likely or whether it is some spot of spiritual significance, cause it's just so untouched. Sumfin u should definitely set out 2 see!! nod thumbs up!

The quiet beaches could have been home to Aborigines, ya just never know. It would be worth a several hour trip just to get to see them. smile

nod thumbs up! I went there 9 yearz ago for school camp and it was amazing. Then we went bushwalkinz 2 this lagoon area...omg...i will never forget da place...i just didnt wanna leave lol i just wanted to sit there and be. It's like u feel like everything inside u rises. Dat was da closest i'd ever been 2 a waterfall aswell!! It was so peaceful and serene. There were da divinest rock poolz there too. It was like being hugged by mother naturez nod thumbs up!

Close friends of mine who are also friends of the family (we grew up with them all across the street) are Fijian and I will go there with my friend Bev (the eldest - one of my closest friends) and her kids one day nod

sigh Oh cool, that sounds sooo awesome! Do you remember exactly where it was that you went for school camp? It would be nice if you could go back there again, to see if it's remained unchanged. I wouldn't want to leave a place like that either. I would love to see waterfalls and rockpools. woot! I've seen pictures of waterfalls on TV, but never in real life. thumbs up!

Wow, that's awesome, Natisse! hug When you go, be sure to give us a full report. I would love to hear where exactly you went in Fiji, where you stayed, and what you did.

Looking outside at the snow just makes me want to go to Fiji sooo bad to escape this terrible winter that we've been having. sad

This hammock has my name on it, and that beach is calling my name. sigh I can just picture being on the beach, hearing the sound of the water hitting the shore, the warm sun hitting my face, sun lotion all over my body, a nice cool drink, and a good book to read. Okay, I'd better stop, now I'm getting depressed. giggle
